What Is Sausage & Suds? |

The
San Leandro Sausage & Suds Food and Music Festival, which originated
in 1997, was established to celebrate San Leandro's designation as the
"Sausage Capital of California," by the California State
Legislature.
Sausage & Suds features sizzling sausage from local sausage manufacturers, frosty micro-brewed beers and local wines, great music, as well as a children’s area for family fun. In past years, this event has attracted more than 20,000 people! Last held in 2003, the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce and San Leandro Downtown Association are pleased to be able to bring this event back to the Downtown San Leandro area.
